We specialise in working with stainless steel, aluminium, and mild steel. Our exceptional contour cut capabilities and punching technology distinguish us in the field of metal punching.

We specialise in sheet metal folding and CNC forming to create a variety of shapes, from simple parts to complex components found in vehicles or healthcare appliances. Our folding and forming techniques allow us to bend and shape the sheet metal without cutting or removing material. Our products are fabricated using our Amada press brakes.

Nine dedicated welding bays offering a wealth of experience in both MIG and TIG welding.

MIG Welding- Metal Inert Gas (MIG) welding is an arc welding process that uses a continuous solid wire electrode heated and fed into the weld pool from a welding gun. The two base materials are melted together forming a join.

TIG Welding- Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding is a stable arc welding process that uses a non consumable tungsten electrode and an inert gas in the welding arc to create high-quality welds.

Our professional powder coating services utilise specialty-coloured powders, paints, and finishes for metals such as aluminium and steel. Our team of powder coaters collaborates closely with our suppliers to ensure precision and accuracy for all the parts and products we manufacture for our clients. We operate two ovens: a large-scale gas-driven oven for the majority of our work, and a smaller-scale electric induction oven. The electric oven allows us to finish smaller products more efficiently and aligns with our commitment to decarbonisation.

We ensure the highest quality of our products by managing our own fleet of delivery vehicles. This allows us to closely monitor each stage of the delivery process, from production to your doorstep. By handling logistics internally, we maintain strict quality control, promptly address any issues, and deliver a reliable, top-tier experience.
